Bakers & Decorators

Seeking experienced bakers and decorators who are enthusiastic and committed to creating products in line with the mission and vision of Fare Well. Must have the discipline to work individually and as part of a team. Must have a strong commitment to working in accordance with health and safety standards, and must illustrate dedication to personal hygiene, cleanliness, and health and safety procedures. (Food safety certification is preferred.) Must have experience reading and executing recipes and with high-volume production. Must be able to work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality or consistency of product. Must be able to maintain a level of flexibility in order to meet changes to the menu and recipes based on ingredient availability, special production, and other last-minute issues.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• production baking

• assembly and finishing of baked goods

• decoration of cakes, pastries, cupcakes, and specialty items

• ability to take an accurate inventory and create a production list based on that inventory

• orders and production flow

• stocking, packaging, and presenting products in accordance with established Fare Well standards
