General Manager

Seeking a general manager to successfully lead and operate Fare Well operations, maintenance, staff, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, financials, customer service, product and inventory, and all associated responsibilities. Applicant must have experience in restaurant management, hands-on staff training and development, and the ability to model behavior and promote positive attitudes in order to facilitate a good work environment. Must have excellent organizational and communication skills. Must demonstrate outstanding time-management skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude. Must have experience in merchandising and demonstrate the ability provide excellent customer service. Both the Kitchen Manager and Front of House Manager will report directly to General Manager.
