Kitchen Manager

Seeking a kitchen manager to successfully lead and operate Fare Well kitchen, staff, production, and all associated responsibilities. Applicant must have experience in restaurant management, production, hands-on staff training and development, and the ability to model behavior and promote positive attitudes in order to facilitate a positive work environment. Must have excellent organizational and communication skills. Must demonstrate outstanding time-management skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude. Must have experience maintaining and managing product inventory, purchasing, and budgeting for cost of goods. Must have experience in merchandising and demonstrate the ability to provide excellent customer service.   • recruiting, hiring, training, and developing all kitchen staff

  • production and production management

  • both purchasing and purchasing management

  • merchandizing

  • recipe research and development

  • both customer service and customer service management

  • maintenance, sanitation, and health management of both facilities and staff

  • quality assurance for all products and ingredients

  • hands-on management of all staff
