
Servers & Bartenders
Seeking servers and bartenders with previous experience in full-service restaurant. Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service is a must. Servers will be required to learn about our menu and concept, and must be able to communicate effectively with customer to provide detailed explanations of our products and answer questions. Servers will need to be flexible and adjust to menu changes quickly and seamlessly.
Line Cooks & Prep Cooks
Seeking experienced line cooks and prep cooks. Must be enthusiastic and commited to creating products in line with the mission and vision of Fare Well. Applicants must be able to work quickly and efficiently while meeting our standards of quality and consistency in product and production. Must be able to perform in a fast-paced environment, working closely with others and also able to work independently at times. Must perform in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards. (Food safety certification is preferred.) Must be able to read recipes. Must maintain a positive, friendly, professional attitude in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Must be able to remain flexible with menu and production changes
Bakers & Decorators
Seeking experienced bakers and decorators who are enthusiastic and committed to creating products in line with the mission and vision of Fare Well. Must have the discipline to work individually and as part of a team. Must have a strong commitment to working in accordance with health and safety standards, and must illustrate dedication to personal hygiene, cleanliness, and health and safety procedures. (Food safety certification is preferred.) Must have experience reading and executing recipes and with high-volume production. Must be able to work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality or consistency of product. Must be able to maintain a level of flexibility in order to meet changes to the menu and recipes based on ingredient availability, special production, and other last-minute issues.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
production baking
assembly and finishing of baked goods
decoration of cakes, pastries, cupcakes, and specialty items
ability to take an accurate inventory and create a production list based on that inventory
orders and production flow
stocking, packaging, and presenting products in accordance with established Fare Well standards
